Summary: We were on a church trip, only stayed one night as we were passing through. We checked in about 9:00pm. Soon after we checked in, a man was YELLING and SCREAMING around the pool area, from his second floor balcony. This continued for some time, then he stopped. But, he started up again, yelling at visitors and guests. Our youth and adults were were quite anxious. After several calls to the front desk, I finally called 911 and the police eventually came to remove. him. I was not happy with the response from the front desk. Our youth girls huddled into one room, so one room was not even touched, but management refused a refund for that room in the morning. Overall, the rooms were clean, but no amenities and AC units were old. I would not stay here again.
